Novadiol Privacy Policy

STATEMENT, Novadiol, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “NOVADIOL”) respects the privacy of any individual, representative or agent of an organization (hereinafter referred to as “User”) and recognizes the importance of protecting the personal, financial and confidential information provided via http://www.novdiol.com (hereinafter referred to as “Web Site”). This Privacy Policy covers only information collected at this Web Site, and does not cover any information collected by any other company, any other web site, its affiliates or offline by NOVADIOL.

Collected Information: Browsing this Web Site does not require the User to divulge any information that could be reasonably used to identify an individual such as name, date of birth, organization, title, address, city, state, zip code, contact phone number, contact facsimile number, email address and website address (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”). However, if a User contacts NOVADIOL via the Web Site, the User may be asked to report some Personal Information such as first and last name, organization name, contact telephone number and email address. All Personal Information submitted to NOVADIOL by User is done so completely at the voluntary discretion of the User.

Additional Resources: NOVADIOL may collect Personal Information or other organizational information such as financial information, organizational status or circumstances, personnel information, tax information or any other information regarding the organization (hereinafter referred to as “Business Information”) from User via additional resources such as telephone, facsimile and email. Information regarding Business Information and Personal Information collected by additional resources other than this Web Site may be found in NOVADIOL’s Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Automated Information Collection: When User visits this Web Site, NOVADIOL’s Internet Service Provider and their associated hardware and software platforms may automatically collect Web Site usage information and visitor statistics. Web Site usage information is anonymous, aggregate information that describes how Users navigate the Web Site which may include frequency of visits to each page and the duration of User’s stay. NOVADIOL’s Web Site may also collect anonymous information automatically sent by User’s browser such as browser type, referrer data that identifies the web page visited prior and subsequent to visiting the Web Site.

NOVADIOL’S Discretion: NOVADIOL may disclose anonymous, aggregated user statistics for a variety of purposes, including describing NOVADIOL’s services to prospective partners and other third parties.

Personal Information Submitted By Minors: NOVADIOL does not knowingly solicit visits by or collect Personal Information from minors. This Web Site is not directed to minors and any Personal Information submitted to NOVADIOL by a minor will be immediately deleted from NOVADIOL’ records and databases. Using on-line parental control filters is a solution to prevent minors from accessing any web sites not directed toward minors.

Use and Disclosure of Collected Information: NOVADIOL may use submitted Personal Information to contact User for the purposes of providing User with information that User has requested. NOVADIOL may also contact User regarding any problems or questions relating to the Web Site and/or changes made to Web Site believed to be in the interest of User. NOVADIOL may use collected Personal Information for internal purposes related to NOVADIOL’s services and may be found, itemized, in the written agreements between user and NOVADIOL. If Personal Information about an associate, colleague, friend or family member of User is submitted to NOVADIOL for the purposes of collecting Business Information or for the purposes of referral, NOVADIOL has the right to contact that individual or business entity until said individual or business entity requests NOVADIOL terminates communication.

Third Parties: NOVADIOL may employ other companies and/or individuals to perform functions on its behalf. Examples include, without limitation, hosting this Web Site, sending communications on NOVADIOL’s behalf, analyzing data, providing marketing and customer services. Said third parties may have access to this Web Site’s user information, including Personal Information, but only to the extent it is needed to perform their duties and functions.

Disclosure for Legal Purposes: NOVADIOL may disclose information about its users, including Personal Information and Business Information, when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities and regulatory agencies conducting investigations, or to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing the Web Site and applicable laws. Marketing and Outside Parties: Other than as disclosed in this Privacy Policy, NOVADIOL will not contact you with marketing material or share your Personal Information with outside parties unless such use or disclosure is clearly identified at the time you provide your Personal Information or NOVADIOL provides you with the opportunity to consent or prohibit such use or disclosure.

Security: NOVADIOL strives to ensure the security of User’s Personal Information and Business Information in every respect. If confidential information is provided, NOVADIOL will make every effort to maintain its integrity. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be one-hundred percent (100%) secure. NOVADIOL cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information User transmits to NOVADIOL and User does so at their own risk.

Redirection: Please be aware that when on the Web Site, a User could be directed to other web sites and/or online materials through links to other Web pages outside NOVADIOL’s service and are beyond NOVADIOL’s control. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at this Web Site.

Acceptance: By using this Web Site, User accepts the policies set forth in this Privacy Policy. NOVADIOL reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time. However, NOVADIOL will only use Personal Information User provides to this Web Site in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy unless User gives NOVADIOL consent to do otherwise.
